SHIPPING & RETURNS

  • Orders typically ship between 2-4 business days depending on availability. Please check email including spam folder in case we need to reach you for more information or we are out of stock of your purchased item. Please allow 4 business days before contacting We Follow Rivers about order status or tracking information. If 4 business days have passed and you have not received tracking yet please contact us with your order number at servicewefollowrivers@gmail.com

    Unfortunately at this moment, we can only ship domestically via USPS.

  • We Follow Rivers will happily exchange or refund your item within 30 days from your original purchase date based on the following requirements. Goods must contain the original tags and items must not be worn or washed and must be in resalable condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

    Returns:

    Once your package has been received and it has met our guidelines We Follow Rivers will issue a refund. Please note shipping costs cannot be refunded.

    Exchanges:

    We Follow Rivers will exchange your purchase for items of equal or more value. For items of greater value customer must cover the difference. Customers will be responsible for shipping the item(s) to We Follow Rivers. We will cover shipping costs for exchanged items back to customer.

    *Refunds and exchanges are not available on free, promotional, or discounted items.
